China outlines philosophy behind Rubber Valley project

Qingdao, China (Feb. 23, 2012) – China's Rubber Valley project is modelled on California's Silicon Valley. The Rubber Valley community already is host to over 600 rubber-related companies, from R&D, production and rubber processing.
