Beijing (Feb. 20, 2012) – A short Chinese-language report on the official website of Triangle Tire appears to say that the company has restructured following rapid growth in the last few years. The restructuring allows the company to become more streamlined and to better manage its different operating devisions.

At a meeting attended by over 120 executives on 14 Feb, chairman DING Yuhua announced the changes which streamline the Group's operations among seven committees, 16 departments and seven profit centres.

Ding called on middle managers to be more pro-active and take more decisions and to improve communication, quality and efficiency.
