Beijing (Feb. 21, 2012) – Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Co., Ltd. Is China's biggest rubber company, with sales of yuan 28,411 million (euro 3410 million) in 2011. This is according to data from the China Rubber Industries Association published last week.

The list covers the top 100 companies based on 2011 sales revenues. The top ten -- all tyre manufacturers -- are listed below:

1. Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Co., Ltd.(yuan 28,411 million)

2. Cheng Shin Rubber Industry Co., Ltd. in Xiamen (yuan 22,146 million)

3. Giti Tire (China) Investment Co., Ltd. (yuan 19,800 million)

4. Triangle Group Co., Ltd. (yuan 17,000 million)

5. Exquisite Group Co., Ltd. (yuan 11,000 million)

6. Double Coin Holdings Ltd. (yuan 10,800 million)

7. Aeolus Tyre Co., Ltd. (yuan 10,100 million)

8. Xingyuan Tyre Group Co., Ltd. (yuan 10,000 million)

9. Guizhou Tyre Co., Ltd. (yuan 7,500 million)

10. Shengtai Group Co., Ltd. (yuan 7,300 million)

The largest non-tyre company in the list is Jiangsu Xingda Steel Cord Co., Ltd. , placed at no 14, with sales of yuan 5520 million. Xingda is followed immediately by China Bekaert Steel Cord Co., Ltd. Placed at No 15 with sales of yuan 5320 million.

The largest non-tyre rubber product company is Anhui Zhongding Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. Placed at No 16 with sales of yuan 5204 million.

The largest carbon black supplier is Jiangxi Black Cat Carbon Black Co., Ltd. Placed at No. 20 with sales of yuan 3380 million.

The largest chemical supplier is Jiangsu Sinorgchem Technology Co., Ltd. Placed at no 27 with sales of yuan 2561 million.

The list covers categories such as tyre, cycle tyre, steelcord, carbon black, rubber products, machinery and moulds, shoes, innertubes, waste rubber, chemical additives and dipped latex goods.
