Beijing (Feb. 2, 2012) – Mesnac Co., Ltd. Is to purchase 100 percent shares of P & D Company, which means it will control 66.7 percent shares of the Chinese company, Beijing Jingyie Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. The purchase follows its acquisition of Wyko Tire Technology on 1 December 2011.

Beijing Jingyie is a sino-foreign joint venture enterprise specialising in design and manufacturing of tyre building machines for passenger car tyres. The “Jingyie” brand is well-known and recommended by China Rubber Industry Association. Mesnac said the company owns various domestic and international high-end customers, and obvious export advantages, as well as strong competiveness in the international market.
